+How does the subscription plan work?
Select the subscription plan option on the product page. Set your desired delivery frequency (30, 60 or 90 days). Your subscription starts as soon as your initial payment is processed. We will automatically debit the order amount on the same day of the month until cancelled by you (please see full terms and conditions here), and your order will be processed and sent out within the next 2 business days after each payment has been received.
+Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel or skip your order after the initial 12-week lock in period has lapsed. Send us an email at hello@imbibeliving.com and we will be happy to assist.
+How do I change my subscription frequency, update my address or swap for a different product?
Send us an email at hello@imbibeliving.com and we will be happy to assist.
+Can I use a discount code on top of the subscription plan discount?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Any promotional discounts or rewards point codes will have to be applied to a full-priced order.
+How long does it take for my next order to arrive?
Packages will be dispatched within two business days after processing of payment.
+How much notice do I need to give, to cancel or make any changes to my subscription?
The cut off for ongoing subscription adjustments (for example: skip shipment, cancellations, order restarts, address and product type changes) must be made through your customer account dashboard at least 5 days before your next payment schedule. Orders can not be edited, cancelled or refunded once the order has been processed.
+What is the lock in period?
There is a 12-week lock-in period for all new subscriptions to secure your subscription service. After this time, you may cancel or skip your subscription service.
+What if there's no money in my account?
If your credit or debit card cannot be charged for any reason, we will attempt to charge your account two more times. Should this fail as well, you will not receive the box for that subscription period. Subscriptions can be cancelled a minimum of one week prior to billing date after the lock-in period by notifying us via email at hello@imbibeliving.com. Cancellations after this time frame will still be billed for the subsequent period and the box will be sent.
+What happens when I entered the wrong delivery information?
Please email us as soon as you can at hello@imbibeliving.com and we will do our best to assist. We are unable to re-route your parcel once it has been dispatched.
